What are your lead times?

Each piece is made after your order: allow 2 to 5 working days for production, then 3 to 7 working days for delivery within the EU. In total: about 5 to 12 working days to receive your order.

Where do you ship?

We mainly ship to the European Union (Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany...). Deliveries outside the EU are possible on request — please contact us before ordering to check feasibility and lead times.

How can I track my order?

A shipment confirmation email including a tracking number is sent as soon as your parcel is picked up by the carrier. You can then follow your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

How do shipping fees work?

Shipping is free on orders over €69 for all EU destinations. Below that amount, a flat shipping fee is added at checkout.

How are your pieces made?

We work with the print-on-demand system: each piece is made for you, when you order it. Nothing is stocked in advance. It's our choice to avoid waste. Production is handled by our European partners via Printful (printful.com).

Where are your products printed?

Our Printful printing partners have facilities in Europe — mainly Latvia, Spain and Poland. Your order is assigned to the facility closest to your address.

Question 7

What paper quality for the posters?

Our posters are printed on enhanced matte paper, 192 gsm, with pigment inks. The result is matte, soft to the touch, with faithful colours and excellent long-term hold.

Question 8

Are the illustrations original?

Accepted Answer

Yes — all illustrations are hand-drawn by Marion, founder of Ilvane. They are her exclusive property and are not licensed to other shops.

Question 9

Are they available in limited editions?

Accepted Answer

Some illustrations are conceived as seasonal editions — they may be removed from the shop without notice. Others belong to the permanent collection. Sign up for the newsletter to be notified of new releases.

Can I return a product?

Accepted Answer

Non-personalised posters and notebooks are eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal. For all-over print products (t-shirts, tote bags, mugs, wine tumblers), the status depends on their legal qualification — see our Returns page (ilvane.art/en/returns) for details. If in doubt, write to us: we'll always find a solution.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Contact us within 14 days at hello@ilvane.art with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, at no cost to you.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of your return, on the payment method used at checkout.

Question 13

Who is behind Ilvane?

Accepted Answer

Ilvane is Marion — graphic designer and art director. She hand-draws the illustrations, chooses the products with care, and handles everything: from the pencil stroke to the shipped order.

Do you take custom commissions?

Not for now — Ilvane is a shop of original fixed illustrations, not personalised commissions. If that changes, we'll announce it on Instagram and in the newsletter.

Can I order in bulk / for an event?

Yes, for orders of several pieces (events, corporate gifts, associations...), write directly to hello@ilvane.art with details of your project. We look at each request with pleasure.
