Shipping

Made to order

Every Ilvane piece is printed after your order — nothing is stocked in advance. It's our choice: only produce what is wanted, no waste. This implies a production lead time of 2 to 5 working days before shipping.

Delivery times

Once your order is made and shipped, allow:

• European Union: 3 to 7 working days
• Belgium & France: 3 to 5 working days (usually)
• Outside EU: 7 to 14 working days (depending on destination and customs)

These times are indicative. They may vary during peak periods (holidays, sales) or in case of exceptional events.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on orders over €69 for all European Union destinations. Below that amount, a flat shipping fee is added at checkout.

For deliveries outside the EU, shipping fees and local customs duties may apply. These are the recipient's responsibility.

Shipping zones

• Primary zone: European Union (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, etc.)
• Rest of the world: available on request — contact us before ordering.

Carriers

Shipments are handled by Printful's logistics partners. The carrier is assigned automatically based on your address and the type of product. Depending on the case, your parcel may be handled by DHL, La Poste, Bpost, GLS or equivalent services.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number. This number lets you follow your parcel directly on the carrier's website.

Delivery issue

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the announced timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the shipping date at hello@ilvane.art.

In case of a damaged parcel, please send us photos of the product and packaging. We'll contact Printful and find a solution as quickly as possible.
